Located in the heart of downtown Nashville, in the burgeoning Church Street corridor, 1010 Church will rise 60-stories within 750 feet. The new 60-story tower proposes a mix of condos and apartments with elevated amenities. The project features amenities on levels 9 and 40 of the tower. Some of the amenities shown include a large pool deck, game room, private dining room, catering kitchen, multiple lounges, a fitness center with yoga room, and coworking spaces with huddle rooms on Level 9. Level 40 features a large multi-purpose room, sky lounge, an even larger private dining room, and catering kitchen.
